பன்றிப்பாகத்திலிருந்து 6 கி.மீ. தூரத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது. அங்கே புகழ் பெற்ற பத்மனாபபுரம் கோட்டைக்குள் அமைந்துள்ள கல்குளம் நீலகண்டேஸ்வரர் ஆலயத்தை அடையலாம். 

மனதை ரம்மியமாக்கும் அமைதியாக்கும் சூழல், பக்தர்களை இன்னும் பரவசப்படுத்தும்.இங்கு ஆதிமூல மூர்த்தியாக, 10 அடி உயர சிவலிங்கம் உள்ளது.
